Vetements x Reebok: unveils new sneakers

Vetements x Reebok is a cult collaboration for all sneaker enthusiasts, the brand of the Gvasalia brothers is one of the most popular brands of the moment and the partnership with Reebok, created over two years ago, has been an unprecedented success. It all started when Demna Gvasalia, creative director of Vetements, during a visit to Reebok’s American offices fell in love with a prototype of a Pump Evolution Runner that had been sitting on the shelves for over 30 years and never produced by the brand, and decided to reinterpret it for the second chapter of the Vetements x Reebok capsule collection.
The Gvasalia brothers’ team decided to work on the Pump Evolution Runner model, transforming it into a product with a sole made up of several pieces that form the bottom of the shoe making it perfect for running, flexible and ultra-light, it is also the only fashion sock runner that is tested and approved to be a true “performing” sneaker.
Three days ago in Hong Kong a Vetements x Reebok pop-up store was opened which remained open only for one day during which the second chapter of this successful collaboration between Vetements and Reebok was unveiled, of course, the sneakers sold out.
