Originally dubbed by insiders as “The 50”, the new collection of fifty pieces featuring the Dunk is a reality and is nearing its debut.

After being the subject of much speculation and rumors in recent months, the new creation by Virgil Abloh to celebrate the iconic Dunk is really coming to life for the first time since the beginning of the year, with new information and official photos. There have been several teasers and leaks in recent months about this major release that is incredible, but almost nothing official from the Swoosh. Now it seems that things are out in the open and that the schedule of upcoming releases could feature this collection as one of the highlights.

Among the various information, Nike has revealed that each pair of all 50 models from the Off-White “Dear Summer” pack will be distributed only through SNKRS. Each pair uses the same SAIL/GREY color scheme in neutral shades. To differentiate each pair, the color of the typical hiking laces, insoles, tongues, and the Swoosh will be different from one another. However, it appears that the first release and the last (i.e., the 50th to be precise) are intended for the Friends and Family circuit, but it is not yet official.

As of now, there is no exact information on the dates of this immense Off-White x Nike Dunk “Dear Summer” collection. Considering previous events, we are optimistic that they will arrive before the end of the summer, but we will have to wait and see what actually happens. Stay tuned!
