The new era of Berluti by Kris Van Assche

The heritage of the luxury brand Berluti merges with streetwear. The first capsule collection (photographed at the Maison’s workshop in Ferrara) by Kris Van Assche, the new Artistic Director, reflects the current world, its tastes, and needs, while remaining true to the brand’s DNA. A new wardrobe where classic cut coats and other garments coexist with technical parkas, sporty bombers, and chunky sneakers in bright colors. New stylistic codes expressed in a undoubtedly more contemporary language that will also captivate the younger crowd. This is evident in the new “Berluti 1895 Paris” logo present on various pieces; undoubtedly a nice change for one of the symbols of more discreet luxury. High craftsmanship is put at the service of garments and accessories with modern design; the classic Oxford shoe “Alessandro” has been reinterpreted in a more modern way, enriched with new shades and made with a higher sole, just like the iconic “Scritto” motif, dating back to the 18th century, takes on a new graphic look on garments and accessories.
