The Air Jordan 4 SE “University Blue” is Coming Next Month

The new colorway on the Air Jordan IV may arrive sooner than expected.

The Air Jordan 4 SE “University Blue” was first previewed in November last year, around the same time as another iconic release from the brand, the Air Jordan 1 in the same colorway. In recent months, hype has continued to grow around this new colorway as the release date approaches. The University Blue colorway takes inspiration from the colors of UNC, the University of North Carolina, where His Airness Michael Jordan played.

The soft dark sky blue suede contrasts with the familiar detailing of this silhouette, with the cement print seen on the ankle straps and heel, while a simple white Jumpman label gives a unique touch to the original color block. The midsole remains unchanged, paying homage to the classic 1989 design by Tinker Hatfield. The packaging has also been modified for this release, with an oversized University Blue Jumpman logo and a cement texture on the rest of the box.

Most likely, the Air Jordan 4 SE “University Blue” will be available on April 28th through the usual brand channels and select retailers in Europe.
