If you can’t stand your office colleagues because they keep the heating too high, shout on the phone as if they were in their living room, or repeatedly bump into the cutlery during lunch break, there is a solution: no, not firing, and not even a massacre, but a simple, rewarding group run. This is suggested by a study led by psychologist Serenella Salomoni, who monitored the activities of employees from 40 companies of various sizes.

The research suggested that running at least two hours a week all together passionately could reduce arguments and quarrels in the office by 54%. Additionally, 77% of surveyed employees stated they would rather stay at work, and backstabbing in the form of gossip decreased by an average of 33%. Not only that: collective sports would have helped improve teamwork and increase solidarity in case of personal problems. The road to the perfect work environment, in short, is to be traveled together. Armed with running shoes and everything needed for a post-workout shower.
