For a day not in the school benches, but on one of America’s most exclusive red carpets. Reebok Classic and Kendrick Lamar continue to inspire young talents. To celebrate the success of the American rapper and honor his origins, the sportswear brand has rewarded some students from Compton High School (where the artist studied) with a unique experience on the red carpet of the Staples Center in Los Angeles for the 2016 Grammy Awards.

The students were invited to share with their idol the crucial and exciting moment before the ceremony of the most important music event of the year. They then had the opportunity to watch Kendrick’s performance (who, for the occasion, wore the Reebok Classic Leather model) and celebrate with him the five Grammys won. Each of these students embodies principles and values shared by Kendrick Lamar and Reebok Classic: passion, the courage to express their personality, and the willingness to stand out from the group.
