During the first weekend of the Coachella Music Festival, Pusha T took the stage and while stealing the spotlight from Craig Green, all eyes (and ears) were on him. This attention was also due to the revelation of his upcoming collaboration with adidas, which looks very promising at first glance. Pusha T has joined the adidas family alongside figures like Kendall Jenner, Donald Glover, and David Beckham, and this is the first glimpse since the American rapper signed his contract with the brand with the three stripes. The new shoes are an all-white version of the adidas Ozweego, already known thanks to the ongoing and hugely successful collaboration with Raf Simons. The vibrant sneakers feature leather accents and a cream-colored sole, a design aspect that characterized Simons’ work.

After the performance, Pusha T posted a photo of the shoes on Instagram with the caption: “Hey guys check out my friends @coachella #NoseCandyMandy thanks to my king Push Ozweego @adidasoriginals see you this summer…”.

Although this has yet to be confirmed by adidas, it is more than enough to expect a deluge of shoes with the arrival of the warm season. In the meantime, Coachella was a super weekend for sneaker enthusiasts. While Pusha T showcased his shoes, Donald Glover was giving away his adidas Originals for free via AirDrop, and Virgil Abloh piqued interest in his upcoming collaboration with Nike and Off-White, so far exclusive to women.
