Sneakerball represents the new dimension of outdoor conceived by Pantofola D’Oro.

The new silhouette of Pantofola d’Oro is the result of a stylistic and technical challenge: to combine a construction rich in innovative and avant-garde elements with the design of a famous historical model of Pantofola d’Oro. Sneakerball is inspired by a football boot whose sketch, hand-drawn by the company’s founder, Emidio Lazzarini, has been recovered from the shelves of the glorious headquarters in Ascoli Piceno.

The long folded tongue, a traditional element of 80s football shoes, returns to the spotlight and is revisited with a square cut and a unique technical solution that allows it to be removed. The materials range from calf leather to suede, to nylon; the latter emphasizes the “padded” effect, allowing for an increased volume of the upper. The iconic lateral insert, typical of the football shoes that have made the history of Pantofola d’Oro, is made in contrasting colors or in tone with the upper, becoming an element of uniqueness and originality.

The shoe’s construction is made with the Strobel technique, which adds further technical value to this footwear and ensures a comfortable fit, giving it a deconstructed look. The choice of Vibram sole is the cherry on top: made of Vi-Lite 3D blend of the fins is inspired by the outdoor world, interpreted in a fashion key.
