A collection inspired by the acronym concept. NikeLab presents the new summer collection ACG, created in collaboration with Errolson Hugh, founder of Acronym. ACG stands for “All Conditions Gear,” suitable for every situation without exception. The form adapts to function, and function must not deny aesthetics. Lightweight and water-repellent fabrics, recognizable logos, and magnetic closures characterize this linear capsule line, offering the urban gear necessary to face summer temperatures in the city or the most sudden of downpours.

The NikeLab x ACG collection, available from May 18 on NikeLab.com and in the brand’s flagship stores, includes the NikeLab ACG.07.KMTR shoe and the NikeLab ACG Poncho outerwear. The former is designed for the contemporary traveler. With its waterproof 4-way stretch fabric upper, it protects from the elements without hindering movement. It is easy to put on and take off thanks to the magnetic buckle and straps over the arch of the foot. The magnetic closure on the heel and a knot hook on the rearfoot increase stability, while the phylum midsole and rubber outsole offer comfort and traction for those navigating the city.

The poncho, on the other hand, is made of multiple layers of ripstop fabric, highly water-resistant. Designed for damp days, it features a DWR coating, adjustable hood, reinforced hem, and magnetic closures on the sides for added weather protection. The poncho also has an internal kangaroo-style pocket with double zips. Additionally, a separate bag allows for easy transport.
