A welcome follow-up to the previous collaboration with the Japanese brand highlights the Mondo Control created by the creative team of 24 Kilates.
After the great success of the “King Kobra,” Mizuno and 24Kilates return with a follow-up by reimagining another Mizuno milestone: the Mondo Control. The creatives at 24Kilates had fun with this sturdy ’90s silhouette, paying homage to the era of technical research applied to performance typical of that period.
The Mizuno Mondo Control features a modified tongue, completely embroidered with a snake head symbolizing a golden cobra. The rich golden hue typical of the snake king permeates the entire design, made particularly dynamic by the use of three different meshes, alternating between nubuck and faux snake leather. A palette of grays and purples completes the color scheme, making this version a classic collaborative creation from Mizuno.
DROP: The 24Kilates x Mizuno Mondo Control will be available at all 24Kilates stores on December 12 and on Saturday at Kazoku stores worldwide at the retail price of €140.
