Louis Vuitton Sneakers in Support of AIDS Fight

From today there is a new good reason to purchase the new Louis Vuitton sneakers. And fashion and style have little to do with it. Indeed, the French maison has created a trainer specifically to support (RED), the organization founded in 2006 by Bono and Bobby Shriver, which aims to fight AIDS. For each pair of LV Trainer sold, $200 will be donated to the Global Fund for the fight against AIDS supported by (RED). Presented for the first time at the Louis Vuitton Spring-Summer 2019 show by the Artistic Director of the men’s collections Virgil Abloh, the LV Trainer has become the flagship model among the Maison’s sneakers.

With a nostalgic flavor inspired by basketball shoe lines, the trainers are decorated with the Monogram pattern in bright red and embossed details on white leather. The logo flowers are incorporated laterally into the sneaker sole. Made in Italy, at the Louis Vuitton Manufacture de Souliers in Fiesso D’Artico, in the Riviera del Brenta, the LV Trainer, innovative and entirely embellished with the codes of the Maison, include the signatures and powerful messages of (RED).
