Summer is just around the corner and we can’t wait to wear vibrant colors. There is no shortage of options and we are sure they will bring a touch of joy to the gray city streets. Men’s fashion for this Spring-Summer 2017 focuses on bright, vitamin-rich colors, drawing inspiration from paintings by Paul Klee, Sonia Delaunay, or from the works of the Memphis Group, an Italian design collective founded by Ettore Sottsass.
One tip: avoid mixing too many prints and absolutely avoid the total look. It’s better to focus on one standout piece; like the Bally backpack, the perforated sweater from Balmain, or the Louis Vuitton pullover, or the multicolor striped detail shoes from Fendi, perfect for adding some life to even the most serious outfits. True rainbows, like those of the peace flags, then appear on the sweaters and t-shirts of the collection, among the most colorful ever, by Sir Paul Smith; or on the sneakers from Baldinini and Vans. And for those who dare to be bold, here are the technicolor ankle boots from Kenzo. Optical graphics also for the many Swatch models, some of which perfectly capture the style and colors of Missoni knitwear, Lanvin shirts, Tommy Hilfiger youthful sweaters, and Prada shoes, in nylon fabric with rubber details and velcro closure. Already the object of desire for many fashion addicts.
Not just stripes, also naturally check prints. There are many floral prints in vibrant hues to choose from, such as those proposed by Gucci. Yellow, fuchsia, orange, and electric blue are the dominant colors. Also in fluorescent versions. Just take a look at the Moschino collection with kaleidoscopic graphics, a tribute to the 70s and the flower power, to the duffel bags and backpacks from Prada, and to some tie-dye pieces from Hermès. Guaranteed mood-lifting effect.
