Heritage and technology come together for a special capsule collection of sneakers. On the occasion of Micam, Barracuda unveils two new models of shoes made using the grip of merino-certified New Zealand wool from the historic Reda wool mill. This special material, also called “technological merino,” combines 17.5-micron wool fibers with the durability of cordura. The result? A unique blend of comfort.
The sneakers are made entirely of merino wool, absorbing moisture quickly and transporting it out of the shoe to keep the foot dry. On the outside, the wool lattice with cordura ensures resilience and tensile strength. They are available in gray with upper and inner lining on a very lightweight Eva sole. Additionally, in the same model, available in various shades, an inner lining on the uppers and soles provides comfort, softness, and breathability to the footwear, making them comfortable to wear all day.
