The most die-hard fans of director Wes Anderson and his visionary filmography will surely remember the Adidas Rom Zissou, the iconic sneakers that Bill Murray wore in the cult film “The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou” back in 2004. Well, after 13 years and a long series of petitions for the production of those shoes, someone decided to turn the cinematic model into reality.

According to the French website Sneakers, an official very, very limited edition of the Adidas Rom Zissou would have appeared in recent days at the We Love Green festival in Paris: 100 pairs in total, distributed during the event and of course already sold out. The Parisian festival, much to the joy of Steve Zissou fans, also featured the participation of Brazilian artist Seu Jorge, who played the role of Pelé Dos Santos in Anderson’s film.
