Fashion and ecology are strengthening their partnership more and more. And there are brands, like adidas, that continue to invest in this direction with new products that are environmentally friendly. The latest models following this trend are two iconic ones from the German brand, namely the legendary Superstar and Stan Smith made with 70% recycled materials. These sneakers are part of The Clean Classics collection – a range of footwear reimagined with sustainable materials – currently only available in white, featuring cork insoles, and already on sale at Atmos boutique in Tokyo for 105 euros. For those with a good memory and/or are super fans of adidas, they will recall the vegan leather Stan Smith sneakers designed in 2018 by Stella McCartney for adidas, as well as the longstanding collaboration between the brand with Parley for the Oceans to utilize materials from recycled plastic waste collected in the oceans.
