The adidas Cord haven’t always been at the forefront of the brand’s hype ranking, partly because, if we may, sneaker hype is a relatively recent phenomenon. The CORD have resurfaced from the adidas archives with a leather upper, contrasting 3 stripes, and two OG colorways in bold Sand and Dark Brown tones. Originally designed to be paired with corduroy trousers, these old-school sneakers made their way through the fashion world at a time when sneakers were mostly associated with sports.
