The Waffle Trainer 2 pays tribute to the OG version of 1977 and arrives in two new colorways.

The Waffle Trainer dates back to 1974 and was a very functional shoe that did not catch on with the general public at the time. A second version was then created in 1977 which brought some changes such as reinforced toe and suede with an enlarged midsole, and the shoe gained greater stability, becoming popular and contributing to the spread of the Nike Waffle franchise across America.

The legendary silhouette now becomes bulkier thanks to the raised midsole and integrates evolved innovations like memory foam insole and dual-density foam midsole. Nylon and suede make a comeback, giving that vintage proto-artisanal touch that immortalizes a one-of-a-kind silhouette.

Two versions are coming: Midnight Navy and Starfish.
